Digital delivery
An eligible purchase is assigned to the corresponding game account after the payment is verified. You should use your own game account when purchasing. Virtual coins cannot be exchanged for or withdrawn as real money.
Payment problems & refunds
If you are charged but do not receive your order, are charged twice, or believe a transaction was made in error, contact support with your game account ID and transaction reference. We will investigate and provide a remedy or refund when appropriate under applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Items already delivered and consumed generally cannot be reversed, except where required by law.
